Ophthalmology Department:

Established in 2000, this department lead by an Ophthalmologist with the aid of optics specialist. The department provides routine ophthalmology check up for diabetics with a special focus on diabetes related complications. Moreover, it contributes successfully in educational programs for patients regarding eye health. 25-30 patients per day receive emergency and elective ophthalmology services on daily well equipped clinic. Some of the equipments includes:

• Direct and Indirect & Ophthalmoscopes & Slit-lamb 90D lens.
• Applanation tonometer.

Patients planned for surgery or laser treatment are usually referred to the appropriate canters.
